I love reading a bunch of books at the same time.  Usually its a random grouping as you will see.

 Really interesting book that Ingrams mother gave me.

Just brilliant how easy she breaks down a disease that most people can't understand. 

 Simple and yummy + gluten free= what more could I want! 

Great read if your not just interested in Celiacs Disease but also the changing food industry and what's hidden in our food that we may not realize.  

Another Gluten-free book but has great tips for talking to managers in restaurants and other social occasions.

Great innovative documentary that opens your eyes to what is important and to what we are force feed in our generation.  definitely worth a peek.

Oh yes its also narrated by Ryan Gosling and has won 10 awards since 2010 when it was released.

Monday morning warm up
