i've always thought of myself as a purely photography driven person, (hence that all the years in photography) but recently i've found a handful of illustrations I really love and that inspire me.

today i go into the surgeon to get my back re-examined. we shall see if anything has improved. fingers crossed!

do you ever feel like a shadow of yourself? recently i've been feeling this way. i've been injured and can't do much of anything. this is seriously getting in the way of me getting my daily creative fix. i'm in search of a way to be creative without moving. the stunning photo is by Max Wanger.

Yesterday i was browsing around target and then ulta. i found the most flattering nude-pinkish nail polish. its by OPI and instead of just being a soft pink it has a tiny bit of shimmer which adds just enough diminution to make it complete perfection.

as soon as i get a minute i'll snap a photo and post it.

ive been mia for a while but now im back hopefully! a few of my favorite things since the last time..
